Top: Mike Speller, played the part of Mr. Lippman from Nickelodeon’s “Welcome Freshmen”
Bottom: Robert Picardo who played the part of Dr. Lewis Zimmerman and “The Doctor” in several Star Trek series and Richard Woolsey on some episodes of more than one series of Stargate.
It wasn’t until recently that I realized that these are 2 different actors.

Lol! My wife and I up until about 5m ago thought Robert Picardo played Mr. Lippman as well. I forgot the name of the show “Welcome Freshmen” so I went to Robert Picardo’s IMDB page and couldn’t find the show. Took a while to discover it was Mike Speller
